* "Onam 2017 Celebrations" on 09-09-2017 :

2017 Onam was celebrated with the usual fervour and passion on 9th September 2017 at St. Paul Marthoma Church, Velachery. The variety entertainment programs kept up with the high standards that has become a norm for VMA. Maveli Mannan graced the occasion, accompanied by a band of Singari Melam. The theme for dinner for the day was "Thattukada" and the members enjoyed the tasty but casual spread.

* "Onam 2016 Celebrations" on 04-09-2016 :

Onam 2016 Celebrations on 4th September 2016 at St. Paul Marthoma Church, Velachery had the customary gaiety and fun. However this year's attractions were the variety entertainment provided by the youth wing and a humorous tribute to Indian Cinema conducted by the veterans. The audience thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

* "Kudumba Sangamam" on 06-02-2016 :

Many of our members, along with their family enjoyed a one-day outing at Mamalla resort near Mahabalipuram on the 6th of February. It was a day of fun and frolic with our members trying their hand on a variety of games such as Cricket, Throw ball etc., followed by lunch, variety entertainment, culminating with a dip in the swimming pool

* "Onam 2015 Celebrations" on 15-08-2015 :

VMA conducted the Onam 2015 Celebrations on 15th August 2015, at St. Paul Marthoma Church, Velachery. The celebration was kick-started with a welcome address by our President Mr. Mohan Panicker. The vicar of the church graced the occasion and shared his thoughts about Onam with everyone. This was followed by a variety entertainment program conducted by the members of VMA. VMA also honoured the senior citizens of the Malayali community. The highlight of the evening was a brilliant singari melam performance by a Chennai based troup. All the guests were treated to a sumptuous traditional Onam Sadhya.

* "Kudumba Sangamam & Christmas Celebrations" on 28-12-2014 :

The celebrations began with welcome address by Mr.Mohan Panicker followed by a brief description about Christmas by Mr.Tony Joseph, Cake and wine distribution by Santa, Christmas Carols , games shows like Tambola were also played and the overall celebration ended with a feast which included Veg and Non Veg dishes.

* "Blood Donation Camp" on 19-10-2014 :

A blood donation camp was coducted on 19 Oct 2014 at Venkateswara Scans, Velachery. Our members and public participated wholeheartedly to make it a grand success.

* "Onam Celebration" on 24-08-2014 :

VMA organized a grand Onam Celebration at Velachery. The colorful evening consisted of variety entertainment program by our family members, music and games and it ended with a fabulous traditional Onam Sadhya.

* "Annual Get Together" on 09-02-2014 :

Appx. 75 to 80 members attended the get-together. Variety entertainment was performed by members children (Good show) Mr.Suresh, Vice president Confederation of Tamilnadu Malayalee association briefed about the malayalam teaching classes to be conducted for our association members and their children. Proposal for a Mega variety entertainment (Fund raising programme) with famous personalities in connection with onam 2014 to be conducted at Kamarajar arangam was discussed. Family outing for one or two days outside chennai was suggested. Welcome drink, Sweet, Hot Nonveg/Veg biriyani with dishes were served.

* "Outing" on 06-10-2013 :

VMA organized a family get-together for all members at Golden Sun Resort near Mahabalipuram. It was a day trip with networking, fun-n-games and entertainment by the kids. All attendees were treated to sumptuous lunch in the afternoon and high tea in the evening.
